RETURNS

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: TE has a limited 30-day money back guarantee. Customers have a 30-day period to return purchased products for a full money back guarantee with the exception of any ear tip(s). No refunds will be issued on ear tip(s). No refunds will be issued on product(s) after thirty (30) days from the invoice date.

* Before returning any product to TE, customers must contact TE by email at info@tacticalearpiece.com and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
* Note that shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of shipping product(s) back to TE is the sole responsibility of the customer.
* Products returned for credit must be unused and in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice and must be in condition for resale.
* Returns will not be accepted if not accompanied with the issued RMA number.
* Please mail all returns to:

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

TE will repair product(s) at no charge during the twelve (12) month warranty period starting from the date of your invoice. Repairs for product(s) damaged in physical incidents or repairs not attributable to materials or workmanship will be charged.

* To submit a warranty claim, customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by emailing info@tacticalearpiece.com .
* Note that shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of shipping product(s) back to TE is the sole responsibility of the customer.

* Repairs on product(s) beyond the twelve (12) month warranty period may be available at a charge.
* If failure mode is determined to be a non-warranty problem, product(s) will be returned to customer. At TE’s discretion, minor work may be performed after contact is made with the customer to ensure an understanding of how the failure occurred.
* Warranty will be voided in any case of alteration of product (e.g. cut cable, color change, etc.)

SHIPPING

TE ships all products via USPS. Customers may choose USPS Standard, 3 day Priority, or International (outside domestic US). PO/APO Boxes will be shipped USPS and cannot be expedited.
